Account Manager, Virtualization Products

Xenocode, a leading developer of application deployment and virtualization technology, is seeking Account Managers to join our Virtualization Products team in the Seattle area.  Full-time positions only are available.

Primary responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales prospects via cold and warm calls and email
  • Assist potential customers and partners with product evaluations
  • Handle incoming sales and inquiry phone calls
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer proficiency, including ability to use Office, Internet, and CRM applications, as well as our own virtualization products.

Program Manager, Virtualization Products

Code Systems Corporation, a leading developer of application deployment and virtualization technology, is seeking Program Managers to join our Virtualization Products team in the Seattle area.  Full-time positions only are available.

Primary responsibilities

  • Work with engineering, support, and product management teams and customers to design and realize revolutionary, next-generation virtualization products and technologies
  • Create and manage product specifications, schedules, user interfaces, internal and external documentation, and sales, marketing, and support materials
  • Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback, refine products, address technical issues, and manage integration projects
  • Cultivate relationships with members of the developer and information technology communities, including major enterprise customers, analysts, bloggers, thought leaders, and trade press
  • Identify and pursue technical integration opportunities with technology licensees

Qualifications

  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.

Software Engineer, Xenocode Core Team

Primary responsibilities:

  • Design and develop effective automated unit tests
  • Work directly with customer engineers and technology partners to debug and resolve challenging technical problems
  • Develop and meet project schedules and maintain accurate defect-tracking database records

  • Extremely strong technical and problem-solving skills, including ability to develop and debug software in C#
  • Ability to develop and debug low-level software in C and/or experience with assembly-level debugging strongly preferred

Primary responsibilities

  • Assist existing and prospective customers and partners with product evaluations, technical questions, proofs-of-concept, and related pre- and post-sales support
  • Diagnose and resolve customer and partner technical issues, including problem identification, debugging, reproduction of error cases, and managing necessary interactions between engineering and customers
  • Write accurate, high-quality, and effective knowledge base articles, technical white papers, and related technical support content
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partners
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in the CRM system

Qualifications
