Joining the Xenocode Partner Program

To become an authorized Xenocode Reseller or Integrator, you must:

1. Send a description of your company or organization to the partners email alias. Please include your company name, web site, and contact email as you wish to be published to end users. If Xenocode will be processing payments on your behalf, include the PayPal account or wire transfer information (ABA/SWIFT code, bank name and address, accountholder name and address) to be used for receiving royalty payments.
2. Review, sign, and return the Xenocode Reseller Agreement by email to partners, fax to 1-206-388-3110, or physical mail.
3. Purchase a Xenocode Virtualization Starter Kit or Virtual OS multi-license pack.

Once all program prerequisites have been met, your application will be reviewed and considered for approval by Xenocode.

Fulfiling Orders

Once your account has been enabled for resale transactions, you can fulfill orders for Xenocode products directly from the Xenocode web site. To fulfill an order for your customer:

1. Assure the customer has a Xenocode account: If the customer has an existing account, note the account name before beginning the order fulfillment process. If the customer does not have an account, press Login and go through the standard account creation process. Do not place the order while logged in to the customer account.
2. Login to your reseller account: If your account has not already been enabled with reseller features, please send mail to the partners alias requesting. Assure that your payment information is up to date. This information will be used to process payments for your resale orders.
3. Press Purchase Products and enter the beneficiary account name: This will direct you to the product selection page. In the beneficiary account name textbox, enter the Xenocode account name of the end user customer. Note that promotional discounts cannot be combined with your Reseller/Integrator discount rate.
4. Complete the purchase product: Once the purchase process is complete, your Xenocode order has been fulfilled and the product is available for immediate use by the customer.

How do I review my resale purchases?

The Invoices section of your My Account page displays invoices from all resale purchases. Select View to view invoice details, including purchased products, license codes, purchase prices, and beneficiary shipping information.

Do my customers see the purchase invoice or resale pricing information?

For resellers processing their own payments, the end user customer account displays an inventory of purchased products and license codes, but does not contain any invoicing or pricing information If Xenocode processes payments on your behalf, the end user account will show a complete invoice, including price paid at the time of purchase.
